Knowledge Management Lab (KM Lab) is a professional organization dedicated to transforming tacit knowledge embedded in human experience into structured, shareable knowledge that supports the sustainable development of organizations, industries, and societies.

Knowledge Management Lab, a general incorporated association, and the Migration Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan have signed an MOU regarding vocational human resource development.

We will contribute to international cooperation by providing our know-how in human resource development, including our unique methodology, "Framework & Work Module®," which converts tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge and improves the speed and accuracy of job acquisition.
