　ナレッジマネジメント・ラボは、1998年設立 株式会社ベーシック（Basic Consulting＊代表取締役・社会構想大学院大学教授 田原祐子）が開発した、25年以上の実績ある、実践的なナレッジマネジメントのノウハウを、ひとりでも多くの方々に知っていただき、人と組織に内在するナレッジ（暗黙知）を活用して、人材と組織を育むための、さまざまな講座・セミナー・プログラムを開講するために設立されました。

 

　ナレッジマネジメント・ラボでは、ナレッジ（経験知・実践知・暗黙知）に関するさまざまなプログラムの提供と、これらを指導することができるコンサルタントを育成しています。

​​　

　当ラボでお教えする、ナレッジマネジメントは、従来のナレッジマネジメントでは難しかった、「暗黙知の形式知化」「形式知化暗黙知の再現性」「形式知化した暗黙知を活用した人材育成・組織開発」を実現することを主眼としたナレッジマネジメントであり、これらを、≪実践知教育型ナレッジマネジメント≫と称しています。

 

　また、これらを実現するメソドロジーとして、フレーム＆ワークモジュールⓇという独自メソドロジーを開発しており、このメソドロジーは、経済産業省が後援する日本能率大会で３度論文表彰を受け、全能連マネジメント・アワード2023にて「コンサルタント・オブ・ザ・イヤー」受賞、全能連マネジメント・アワード2024にて「プログラム・イノベーター・オブ・ザ・イヤー」受賞しています。

　人・組織・企業に内在する可能性を最大限化させ、生成AIでは実現できない判断力・意思決定力等の人間の強みを活かし、AIともコラボレーションしながら展開する、新たな時代のナレッジマネジメントのノウハウを提供しています。

当法人は、ナレッジマネジメント（知識経営）に関する事業を行い、人材や組織の育成を通じて、個人・法人の発展およびより良い社会の実現に貢献することを目的としています。 The purpose of the association is to conduct business related to knowledge management, and to contribute to the development of individuals and corporations, as well as the realization of a better society, through the nurturing of human resources and organizations based on knowledge management.

数々の受賞歴を持つ「フレーム&ワークモジュールⓇ」を活用し、再現性の高い実践的な「知の共有」および「暗黙知・経験知の形式知化」を実現するナレッジマネジメント・メソドロジーを提供。 

Provision of a multi-award-winning knowledge management methodology utilizing "Frame and Work Module®." This methodology realizes highly reproducible and practical "sharing of knowledge" and "formalization of tacit knowledge and experiential knowledge."
